Oklahoma City Thunder are through to the Western Conference finals, after completing a brilliant series win over the San Antonio Spurs.

The Thunder won game six 113-99, to wrap-up the series 4-2.

Oklahoma was blown away away in game one, before coming back to level the series at 1-1, The Spurs took the lead again with a win in game three, before Oklahoma won three straight games to complete a stunning series win.

Kevin Durant starred with 37 points in game six, while Russell Westbrook added 28 and Steven Adams finished with 15 points and 11 rebounds.

Aussie Patty Mills finished with five points from 12 minutes game time.

The Thunder will face the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference finals.
