The Utah Jazz are in the middle of an underwhelming year.
Currently with a record of 9-12 and sitting 14th in the Western Conference, the Jazz have been on the receiving end of some bad losses.
A 50-point hammering to the Mavericks being the worst of these and a 33-point hiding from the Indiana Pacers the most recent.
Joe Ingles has spoken about the team's need to avoid being out of games by the time the fourth quarter comes around.
“When we’ve lost this year, we’ve lost,” Ingles told the Salt Lake Tribune.
“We haven’t kind of been in the game by the end of it. It’s been pretty big margins.”
The team is looking for a way to go on runs of consistent stops and scoring to avoid being in these positions.
“That’s hurting us because we can’t figure out a way obviously right now to get it from 10 and go on a little run and get some stops,” Ingles said.
“It’s going to keep hurting us until we figure it out.”
