Rockets star James Harden will join former teammate Kevin Durant and superstar guard Kyrie Irving at Brooklyn after Houston agreed to a blockbuster trade that involved Indiana and Cleveland.

First reported by The Athletic's Shams Charania, the deal sees Harden head to the Eastern Conference to link up with Durant and Irving, forming the league's most destructive offensive trio.

The Nets received Harden and a second-round selection, while the Rockets were traded Pacers star Victor Oladipo, Australian guard Dante Exum, Rodions Kurucs, four first-round selections and four pick swaps.

Brooklyn guard Caris Levert will head to Indiana, packaged with a second-round selection, while now-former teammates Jarrett Allen and Taurean Prince will join the Cavaliers.

The deal follows comments made by Harden that the Rockets were "not good enough", igniting reports the all-star guard would soon be on his way out of Texas.
