Matthew Dellavedova was recently traded back to his original NBA team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, from the Milwaukee Bucks, but for a while, the Australian didn't know where he'd been traded.

Bucks GM Jon Horst called Dellavedova to inform him of the trade, but the phone line cut out before he got around the telling him where he had been traded too.

“So, going back to Friday afternoon, I got the call from the GM and he let me know I'd been traded,” Dellavedova said in a personal YouTube video.

“But then, the phone cut out before he could tell me where, so I was trying to call him back to find out where I'd been traded.”

Dellavedova was traded along with John Henson and two draft picks in exchange for George Hill and Sam Dekker.

“I was excited when we eventually got to Cleveland. It was great to see a lot of familiar faces. I'm glad Kev (Kevin Love), Tristan (Thompson) and Channing (Frye) are still on the team from when I played there so it was really good to see them," he added.

"And it was really cool to be at the Q and watch the boys get a win; all the support and love everyone has shown from Cleveland has been pretty awesome.

“It just makes me feel really welcomed and I'm excited to come back and play for you guys.”
